Thank you for reaching out and giving me the opportunity to share my thoughts on both the Faded Mustard Crewneck and the hoodie I purchased.

First, I want to say that both items are extremely comfortable, fit well, and appear to be very durable and well-made. I have no complaints about the quality of the garments themselves.

My only issue relates to the product photos on the website. When I decided to purchase both the hoodie and the crewneck, one of the biggest reasons was the unique distressed, tie-dye appearance shown in the photos. That washed, color-varied look really stood out to me and gave the products a one-of-a-kind feel.

When I received the hoodie, it arrived with little to none of the color variation or distressing that appeared in the online images. I initially assumed it was a one-off mistake and exchanged it, but the replacement looked essentially the same. Later, I ordered the crewneck because I was drawn to that same visual style and hoped it would resemble the photos more closely. Unfortunately, it did not.

To be clear, I'm not someone who typically returns products over minor issues, which is why I've kept both items. They fit great, feel great, and are obviously well-made. My feedback is simply that the products I received did not visually match the appearance that attracted me to them online.

I'm honestly surprised you haven't received similar feedback before, as the difference between the website photos and the actual garments was noticeable to me.

Keep doing what you're doing. The quality is there. I would simply encourage you to use product photos that more accurately reflect what customers will receive in the mail.
